Update the README.md file with the new vercel URL by replacing the herokuspp URL

The API has now been hosted in Vercel. The endpoint details provided in the README.md file is based on herokuapp URL. That should be replaced with the vercel URL.

Example:
Replace URL : https://ndtvnews-api.herokuapp.com/ with the URL: https://ndtvapi.vercel.app/

Similarly, all the mentions of the similar URLs in the README.md file should be changed to the respective vercel URL.
