Add “view details” micro-interactions to batch journey timeline

I can implement expandable “view details” interactions using popover/inline panels, add smooth hover/press animations with framer-motion, and keep everything responsive using the existing Tailwind patterns for consistency with the current UI.

Hi @vedhapprakashni,

I’ve completed the implementation for this issue.

Each timeline step now supports an inline expandable “view details” interaction that reveals:

• Timestamp
• Actor
• Location
• Certifications
• Notes (when available)

The UI uses existing Tailwind styles for consistency and framer-motion for smooth expand/collapse animations with subtle hover and press micro-interactions. It is fully responsive and tested on both desktop and mobile.

The Timeline has also been refactored into modular components for better maintainability and reuse, and integrated into both TrackBatch and UpdateBatch pages.
