Description of changes

added a profile for the dell-latitude-5320.
Notable feature of the profile:

the fingerprint reader works and can be used instead of the user password if a fingerprint is enrolled (both in the shell and in plasma DE).

Things done

Testing is ongoing

Tested the changes in your own NixOS Configuration
Tested the changes end-to-end by using your fork of nixos-hardware and
importing it via <nixos-hardware> or Flake input
