nixos/nextcloud: Should the module allow specifying the password salt and instance secret?

A Nextcloud community member just contributed nextcloud/server#57978 which allows configuring the password salt and instance secret during installation.

Should the NixOS module provide options to make use of these new flags? It would also be possible to read them from services.nextcloud.settings where they would be specified for use after installation, without adding any new options.

Not convinced that we should do that. As you mentioned in the upstream PR, this is already persisted in the state (i.e. config.php) when restoring from backup.

At least the password salt should be changeable when not creating the first user by the module anyways, no? I.e. by adding it to services.nextcloud.secrets.

Also, we're already having excessive configurability (e.g. home and datadir) and the only thing that comes out of it is additional support burden for questionable gain.
