Matlab scripts to plot netcdf output from CICE6 runs
Requires MATLAB, with Mapping Toolbox (for pcolorm), Antarctic Mapping Tools (for Antarctica mask), bedmap2, financial tools (for time series), quiverm (for quiver plots on maps) packages.
The code expects folders named:
- 'cases'
- 'figures'
- 'frames'
- 'grid'
- 'movies' within the same folder as the code.
Within the 'grid' folder; global 'gx1' and 'gx3' grids will be required.
