Automatic adding new issues from all repositories to the project #10
Description
GitHub project workflows restrict adding new issues to only single repository. We need to add new issues from all repositories because we have single project for P3. It requires creating appropriate workflow in all repositories and configuring authentication from workflow to P3 project.
