We made a lot of progress with accounts, but some forms are still either not submitting data to the back end partially submitting.

Acceptance criteria:

Look at the user sign up form and check that all form data is submitted to the back end
Verify that data is saved in database as inteded
Raise any issues where React and server projects don't fit together
Optional -> add/update http integration tests. aka e2e tests in the server project
