Blood Hunger Effect

I read that there used to be a command to show blood type and quality like with Blood Hunger but without the screen effect, but that it was removed. Despite never having downloaded the mod before it was removed, however, I'm seeing blood type and quality without the ability active. I tried removing the mod and that didn't fix it, not sure what else to do.
