We need a way to test that the model is spun up, based on or similar to Keith Oleson's NCL script.

Here is a script that can be used to get a first estimate of how the spinup is doing. Should work on betzy.

@maritsandstad is working on a more proper python versoin of the SpinupStability scrip.
