NorESM2-specific configuration settings

Hi,
There are two settings in "3.1.2 NorESM2-specific configuration settings" in this document:
doc/configurations/experiment_environment.rst.
These are FLUXSCHEME and ALBCOSZAVG.
But both of them are not appeared at env_run.xml or drv_in
Are they still worked? If not, we should consider to remove them from document.

Well, I think they both exist, just with slightly modified names. We can update the documentation

In env_run.xml:
