Show how to run nRF Connect Unit tests

Hi, I am trying to run nRF Connect Unit tests and keep running into an error that it's unable to find Ruby. Is there an example to show how nRF Connect Unit tests can be run?

As this ticket shows this is not yet supported in this image. You should be able to build a custom image and install ruby there. However you might also be fine with the Zephyr Docker images to run Twister: https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/docker-image
