There´s no charging animation, only a freezed rotating circle.
Offline-Charging doesn´t work. The phone reboots.
Sometimes (!) random reboots.
Sometimes (!) the phone reboots all over again, when the charger is connected. It happens just in the Moment, before the Lockscreen appears.
Sometimes (!) the phone couldn´t be shut down, the phone reboots.

What I have already done and tried:

Changed the battery - no changes.
Cleared Dalvik and data - no changes.
Installed with factory reset - many times, of course - no change.

What can I do to help fixing?
