Upgrade to Flutter 2.0

This release introduced breaking changes as part of Flutter 2.0

Notable changes include:

• null safe migration (base packages)
• new dart syntax and keywords
• json serilazable package depreciation of some decorators (@required, nullable, etc.)

Build Stable Release

The base template structure is final. Further improvements and refactor are listed in the template's roadmap.
