(a) if you are using the sample code in conjunction with an evaluation license to MetaDefender Endpoint Security SDK, the Product Evaluation agreement you entered with OPSWAT Inc. (“OPSWAT”) for your license to the MetaDefender Endpoint Security SDK or, if you have not entered into a Product Evaluation agreement, the OPSWAT Inc. Terms of Service located at https://www.opswat.com/legal; or
