[Feat] wxGUI: Roadmap for Enhancing the History Pane

This Issue proposes a set of improvements for the History pane, focusing on usability, filtering and export functionalities. These improvements can be implemented as invidual Sub-Issues (see below) and can serve as the base for GSOC topic: History Pane enhancements.

We should be careful not to overcomplicate it... Think of the code that needs to be maintained. I am for shortcuts, some filtering, but favorits and notes seem unnecessary to me.

@petrasovaa Let's set priorities together. I would share my perspective:

Priority 1 - I perceive it as really nice to have (should be implemented)

• [Feat] wxGUI/history: Displaying Error Messages for Failed Commands #5282
  This is IMHO a "must have" - currently, this info is simply missing

• [Feat] wxGUI/history: Displaying region name if stored #5283 and [Feat] wxGUI/history: Saving Region from the History Pane #5284
  Not a "must have" but a very nice feature that we discussed some time ago with @landam. Besides that it is useful, it may help a bit to promote the concept of Stored regions which is not well-known among regular users.

• [Feat] wxGUI/history: Keyboard shortcuts for Copying and Deleting Commands #5285
  I see it as a "must have"- generally speaking, shortcuts are GRASS pain especially those that are somehow expected to work and they do not work. (I plan to do the separate Issue roadmap for that topic.)

Priority 2 - I perceive it as nice to have (worth implementing)

• [Feat] wxGUI/history: Marking commands as Favorites #5286), [Feat] wxGUI/history: Adding/Removing Favorites via Context Menu #5287, [Feat] wxGUI/history: Keyboard Shortcut for Adding to/Removing from Favorites #5288 and [Feat] wxGUI/history: Favorite Command Filtering #5290
  I am not a big fan of deletes in the history - I think what is history is just history and should remain as it is - this is a reason why I came up with favorites. I think it could be useful for quick command preprocessing when you tried several similar command settings and you just want to mark the "right one".

• [Feat] wxGUI/history: Enhancing Export Options #5293
  I do not like that there is the only option to export the whole JSON file. It is usually a big file with lots of commands and it will become even bigger once we will start storing Error info. Before we implemented the History pane, the export created just a text file with plain commands - I think it would be nice to have this option here again.
  Further, I would appreciate a quick way how to copy commands from the history tree (e.g. to create some automatization using AI). Once C+CTRL will work, it is sufficient, so no need for exporting filtered history - this point is extra - Priority 3.

• [Feat] wxGUI/history: Filtering Commands by Stored Region #5291
  That could be useful when you use several region settings for your computations.

Priority 3 - I perceive it as not necessary (do not have to be implemented)

• [Feat] wxGUI/history: Adding Notes section #5292
  No need.

• [Feat] wxGUI/history: Enhancing Export Options #5293
  No need for the part dealing with exporting filtered history

• [Feat] wxGUI/history: Filtering Commands by Status #5289
  I can imagine situations when you just want to see the Successfully completed commands (mainly when there are lots of commands, it becomes a bit clumsy) but the visual status indicator in the history tree is probably sufficient.
