OSLC4Net 0.3.0-alpha

Hi everyone,

I am happy to announce the alpha release of OSLC4Net 0.3.0. The last and only public release is v0.2.3 that was made almost a decade ago and it was marked as an alpha release when it first appeared on Codeplex, which has long been gone.

The main focus has been on bringing the project into this decade and lowering the barrier to contribution. A human-readable changelog is available here: https://github.com/OSLC/oslc4net/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#030-alpha---2023-04-29

The main result is that the OSLC4Net.Client package and its dependencies are now published on NuGet: https://www.nuget.org/profiles/OSLC4Net . The following minimal code sample should get you going:

You can also check out the StockQuoteSample server implementation, though it's not using any standard OSLC domain and is quite far from the OSLC OP Reference Implementation.

By reviving OSLC4Net project, I also decided to refresh my .NET skills. My last commercial project with .NET involved .NET Framework 4.5 and ASP.NET MVC 3 and thus, I may need a bit of your help (or, at least, some guidance). I have applied the "help wanted" label on the issues I'd love to get your input on.
