I'm just wondering if I missed something... In the video, when the lecturer is talking about the USA employment patterns, and he says that the spike is likely in the summer months: June, July, and August. It looks to me like the spike is happening just before January (when it is marked on the plot), but maybe I'm wrong? To me, it would make sense to scale up employment for Christmas...
