Update rpmverifyfile* Behaviors and entities #249
Description
Changes made to rpm deprecated the "nomd5" verify option in favor of "nofiledigest", and introduced the "nocaps" verify option. These changes will need to be reflected in both RpmVerifyFileBehaviors and rpmverifyfile_[state/item] entities.
