🚀 Feature

Change Group DESCRIPTION_WITHOUT_HTML_LENGTH_MIN to have Value 3 in General.

Because two network maintainers do wish this and I guess for the others that's okay as well.

Todo

  • webapp, backend default:
    • DESCRIPTION_WITHOUT_HTML_LENGTH_MIN = 50 → DESCRIPTION_WITHOUT_HTML_LENGTH_MIN = 3
