Unsafe App Closing Behavior

Closing out SAASM closes the running server. Either needs to not do this and/or provide a warning if a server is running.

Could not successfully disconnect App from Servers. As a result, made a popup to warn of the forced server shutdown of the servers and allowing for a softer shutdown. Will investigate this more at another time.
