Cannot use non-stash commands on stash excluded chests.

I'm not sure if this is expected behavior, but would it be possible to break out the double ' functionality to only disable quick stashing, but not other functions? I have things set up so that I have dump chests, which then sort out elsewhere in the base with conveyors, so to production, some of it to storage chests etc. However, with things configured the way they are now, I cannot use any other functions, craft pull, find item, .pull, etc, to get anything out of the chests. This results in something like crafting benches being unable to see that I have ingots when I right click.

To further elaborate as an example, I have a chest HS s1s5s8s9 (it goes to 3 different conveyors, and s1 is to storage chests). I have a spawner on r9, 8 is my library so paper presses, 5 is my tailor so looms and tannery, and 1 is storage. The storage chest is called Herbs r1'' as I do not want things to stash there when I get to my castle, I want it to go to the HS chest and then split the distrution to all conveyors, including some of it going to a plain stash. However, if I want to use .pull "Plant Fibre" XXX, it says there is none, because it cannot pull from a chest ending in ''. I'm unsure how to create dump chests that split everything out the way I want while '' cancels all functionality instead of just the stash function.

I did this myself by creating a new service called StashPull and changing the ignore suffix to zz instead of '', and referencing that service everywhere except for when depositing items from LogisticsCommands.cs, and that worked fine. You can disregard if you don't think this change is within scope of updating the mod. Thought I'd just put that here as reference for anyone else wanting to recompile the dll with that change for their server.
