Request: Better unrestricted carpet placement #2
Description
Even when building restrictions are turned off, carpets still can't be placed close to other carpets without the overlapping carpets being deconstructed as usual. Could this be changed so that carpets can overlap with each other just a little when the build restrictions are disabled?
