- Sanity check - create an venv environmnet by running "py -3 -m venv venv"
- Install dependencies - pip install
- Create and seed a Postgres database, Mssql-server
- Navigate to http://127.0.0.1:8000/ and http://127.0.0.1:8000/docs (heroku hosted is deactivated)
