Since "vHackOSAPI-Java 1.3-beta" on 23rd March, a lot of changes have been made.

I think it's a good idea to release the changes since then as "vHackOSAPI-Java 1.4-beta".

Crew support
Server support
Missions support
Java 9 support
Bugfixes
