valid_credentials? is broken

cas.rb, line 206 - if authenticator.find_user returns nil, and @ticketed_user hasn't been set, valid_credentials is always true.

Thanks for pointing that out - I don't even know why i commented out the end of that line, must have been trying to debug something. Sorry for causing the issue.
