Can't speak offhand about SFTP but WebDAV is a default feature of the regular C# keepass, and is one of the simplest ways to sync a database between mobile and desktop. I don't know why one would bother supporting it on the mobile if it means you can't sync on the desktop side.

I planned to add sync support in later release. And once that is in place, incorporating direct SFTP and webDav in desktop also will be done.

For now, I assume user can use desktop's Finder(on mac) or File manger to connect to SFTP or Webdav and access the files as any other database file locally
