Support Argon2id and consider making it the default

I can look into adding support for this change once tests are fixed.

I need to refactor some of the kdf usage in few places in this crate and in UI facing desktop and mobile side rust code. These involve changes in many places. Once they are done, then we can support both Argon2id and Argon2d
