No burn in protection setting.

According to changelog 14 for lineageOS burn in protection is device specific and multiple blog posts mentions a setting, which I cannot find. My device already has burn in from using the ROM and to prevent further burn-in I've disabled the top row of icons. Please enable burn in protection in the ROM.

I believe that GitHub issues should be equal for everyone seeking help. If requested by the author or contributors, I'm more than willing to close them without any complaints. But as users in need of assistance, we should all have an equal right to seek help. Asking another person seeking help to close an issue seems domineering.
