Introduce typing mode

The app is originally designed for watches and as a voice assistant, but phones could possibly benefit from a typing input mode. In that case (and also possibly with the voice assistant too) the app could display the output as text.
This feature would benefit deaf or hard hearing users as well.
Could be also very handy for debugging.
