Is there any option/command to resize (expand) the Taskbar

Please help me! Is there any chance to have it back, to find it?!...
There are so many years since I am trying to find a way to have back the Vista Taskbar. I do not care about how it looks, I am looking for higher ergonomics and utility for me.
I am talking about this functionality, fortunately I found a print screen from many years ago:

I am just a user of IT, not a programmer or a IT specialist.
I lost three days, again, searching for a solution.
I saw many, many discussion about the size of taskbar, but all of them are refferig to how large or small are the icons in taskbar. I do not think that these things are subjects of taskbar's size.
Anyway, who am I to say this?
I followed all the instructions about how to get back the Vista taskbar.
I installed .NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime, then RetroBar, then OpenShell.
I am so unhappy - I do not find a way to enlarge that taskbar, under any circumstances.
I do not understand very well nor the programming language, nor the "language" displayed by Windows.
But I can follow the exact steps, if any.
So, can anybody help me?
