As a user, I want to be able to customize an Organization's branding so that it correctly reflects the Organization's identity.

Acceptance criteria

  1. User clicks to Create or Edit an existing Organization which they own or are a member of with edit permissions
  2. User is able to upkiad a new avatar and header background image.

Future state

  1. User is able to upload or select from a library of images?

@jamlung-ri I've avoided the use of 'white label' and concentrated on adding imagery (avatar and banner) for the MVP of branding. Let me know if you're OK with that scope.

It'd be worth documenting what we would lose from v2 if we take that approach, which I can list below (please make edits if I misunderstand anything):

  • Banner settings:
    • Banner height
    • Set a specific color instead of an image
    • Use of a different banner outside of the Overview tab
  • Text color changes:
    • Title text color
    • Description text color
    • Other text color in Overview
    • Other text color in other tabs
  • Change what is or is not shown:
    • Show/hide logo
    • Show/hide signatures (i.e. Created by/Updated by)
    • Show/hide controls (download, edit, copy, etc.)
    • Show/hide pins (i.e. showing pinned repos on Overview page)

I can get behind losing these features, personally. Let's just make sure we can still support the following existing uses with the new approach:
