Installed app not detected

Describe the bug
Some apps that behave like addons, like revanced-manager-downloader for example, are not detected as installed. This also results in the app constantly sending pointless update notifications.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install an app like the one suggested above

Expected behavior
The app should be detected as installed. If this is not possible to be implemented for any reason, a solution could be to simply allow the user to either manually set an app as "Installed" or to skip an update.

Devices

• Device: Blackview BL8800 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S4
• OS: Android 11 and 10
• Version 1.6.0

Additional context
The affected app was reinstalled in multiple ways: Installer X Revived, App Manager, default package installer. None of those solved the issue.

@DZAladan This is one of the most wanted features for GitHub Store, it might be confusing at first, BUT i am working on this feature. There is some technical difficulties to implement this so it takes some time to do it. 👍
