Good morning, I have a problem with request packages' installation . The processor doesn't find 'lmoments3' and 'floodestimation' on anaconda's libraries. How can I do to solve this problem?

Not sure. I've not been involved in OH for a while now. Maybe check details on https://anaconda.org/OpenHydrology?
