Clarify "End of Open Liberty support" meaning

The "End of Open Liberty support" header in the Java SE support table is not clear whether the listed version in that column is the last Liberty version providing support or the first version without support (it's suppose to represent the latter).

I recommend we update the wording in the header to something unambiguous, or add a clarifier above or below the table.

2 options

1. We can add something like this after the table.

Note: The End of Open Liberty support column indicates the first Open Liberty version that no longer supports the corresponding Java SE version.

2. We can change the column name
   Suggestions:
   Last supported version

I'd prefer if we were able to just update the column to make it unambiguous, but in a way that wouldn't change the intended meaning (i.e. in a way we wouldn't need to change the current version values. If we did "Last supported version" we'd need to decrement all the listed versions).

So it could be something like:
First Unsupported Release
Unsupported From Version

but I'll solicit some feedback from others as well.

I can't think of anything more succinct and precise as
First unsupported version

I'm OK with changing the column title to "First unsupported release".

Also, how about if we change the intro paragraph for the table to mention "unsupported", something like:

• The following table lists the Java SE versions that Open Liberty supports and the first release that the Java SE version is unsupported. It also provides links for downloads and migration guides.

I would like to incorporate the term 'Removal' here to be consistent with the IBM.com Removal Notice paradigm

It will be more efficient for me to create a few screenshots that we can drop in here for feedback with a few variations of the wording and we can come up with a coherent approach.

Here is a proposal to rename to Removal from Open Liberty and move the column over to the right, next to the migration guide link

@macdara-ibm To me (@chirp1), to be consistent with WL, the column header would instead be "Fix pack when eligible to be removed", the same as in WL. Also, I think the WL column header is clearer. Another option is to make the OL and WL headers "First unsupported release", which to me is clear.
