app/models/project.rb hardcodes "git://github.com/" prefix to URLs, but github no longer supports git://

Github turned off git:// support, so project.rb passes invalid URLs to every build process now, making abf useless until fixed.
Probably while at it, we shouldn't hardcode github.com (certainly still allowing it, but also allowing to pull in stuff hosted elsewhere, like on our own servers or gitlab).

Workaround added to OpenMandrivaSoftware/docker-builder@4607c13 to keep builders doing something useful.
