[com8]: DEM no data value #1143

Describe the bug
Com8MoTPSA's function "rewriteDEMtoZeroValues" overwrites DEM no data values to 0. This leads to the following error for some DEM's (e.g. avaParabola):
ValueError: This shape file is at least partially outside of DEM, this is not allowed!
FSO: this is an issue with com8 using 0 as nan value -> needs adjustment in com8
