Format input hydrograph

Think of a format for the input hydrograph, for providing:

• the location (polygons?),
• time steps,
• thickness/ discharge/..
• velocity?

when using csv - tabel for providing timestep, discharge,....:

• do we specify the column - index for the respective parameters (1. column timestep, 2. column thickness,...) or do we figure out the columns via the header (first row) - then we need consistent header names!!!
• do we need velocity?
• delimiter: "," ?
• does the csv table need a specific name (same as shp-file) or do we have ONE csv tabel in the HYDR folder?

Solution at the moment:

in a HYDR - folder need s to be provided:

• a polygon (shp)
• a csv - file is provided containing:
  • in the first column: timestep [s]
  • second column: thickness [m]
  • third column: velocity [m/s]
  • the first row is a header (and not considered)
