Provide initial velocity direction ? #28
Description
- At the moment, if the initial velocity > 0: the direction of the flow is downwards (along the topography)
- Should we allow providing an initial flow direction if the initial velocity > 0?
- similar as in Samos AT ( src/SW_Simulation.cpp : lines 3102-3177)
