This is essentially a bug report, where i also propose the fix.

Bug description:
What happens: Automatic pause after purge line
When does it appear: Using multiple filaments and printing an object that has a filament other than the first filament selected
Relevant Logs: // Unknown command:"T0" or // Unknown command:"T1"

Fix:
enable "Manual Filament Change" in printer settings under the "Multimaterial" tab
