version.pyに記載されているOpenRTM-aistのバージョンは文字列で記載されているため、比較演算子によるバージョンの比較ができない。

Describe alternatives you've considered
version.pyに数値によりメジャーバージョン、マイナーバージョンを記載する。

Additional context
1.2.0以前のOpenRTM-aistには文字列のバージョンしか記載していないため、どう対応するかがが問題。
