Python2互換をやめる

Python2は2020年1月1日でサポートを終了するため、Python2互換は不要になる。

Python2互換のための記述はすべて削除する。

Describe alternatives you've considered
object型の継承の削除、Pythonのバージョンで分岐している箇所の削除、long型の削除等を行う。

Additional context
aptでインストールされるomniORBpyがPython2依存のため注意が必要。
Ubuntuが対応しない場合でも、Python2のサポート期限前にはPython2互換を切り捨てるようにする。
