Describe the bug

C++は 2.0系のコマンド名をWindowsとLinuxで統一 OpenRTM-aist#1083 の修正で、Pythonのコマンド名をrtcd2_python, rtcprof2_pythonと定義したが、Python側がrtcd2_python3,rtcprof2_python3のままだった
このため、C++のマスターマネージャーからPythonのスレーブマネージャーを経由してRTCを起動できない
