Add option to use backblaze for attachments

Or any external hard disk source. Currently attachments are write rarely (or once), and read often. Backblaze is a very inexpensive data store, and scales easily, while normal cloud based computing systems have less available and gets expensive. Also, hosting them means that backing up gets very large, very fast, as each competition can have 4G or so of attachments.
