After verification of the otp and phone number if the user is first time ,we ask his name and email adress and storing in db If registered user welcome message with his name

@Harish-2003 , i can do this after verification before adding the user to db , i will search through weather this person already exist . so if not we can pass him to new route for requesting email and name . if you assign db creation and this i can do it. please assign me for this gssoc25 project
