not supporting h.265(HEVC) or h.264 if filename contains "." #300

not supporting h.265(HEVC) video files. Importing ok. Preview not working, saying "没有找到支持的视频格式和MIME类型。"
When importing h.264 videos that the filename contains ".", then previewing wouldn't work after importing, reporting "该文件类型不支持预览". When I rename "." to "-" and import the h.264 video back, previewing works just fine like others.
