Global hotkey broken on KDE Plasma 6 Wayland since v1.6.3

Environment

• OS: openSUSE Leap 16.0
• Desktop: KDE Plasma 6, Wayland (wayland-0)
• Packages: xdg-desktop-portal 1.20.3, xdg-desktop-portal-kde6 6.4.2
• kglobalaccel: running, no errors

Description

Global hotkey stopped working in v1.6.3. v1.6.2 works fine.

Workaround attempts

• --ozone-platform=x11: Hotkey works, but audio capture degrades — Whisper hallucinates Chinese instead of transcribing English
• --enable-features=GlobalShortcutsPortal: No effect
• Changing hotkey in Control Panel: No effect (tried multiple keys)

Steps to reproduce

1. Install OpenWhispr v1.6.3+ on KDE Plasma 6 Wayland
2. Press configured hotkey (tested default backtick and custom keys)
3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

Hotkey triggers recording, as it does in v1.6.2.
