Opentracker support

Can be added support as default or as optional for http://erdgeist.org/arts/software/opentracker/ opentracker announce tracker ? TCP and UDP ?

I found there https://github.com/ZonD80/PHP-Torrent-Scraper an tcp/udp scrape php class who work grate with opentracker.

I think this will be a grate features.
