Random Human Readable String Generator

Create a list of delimited strings that are human readable yet random. Example dog-tree-icecream or red-wheel-card. This is not meant to be true security but may help with having something that requires "uniqueness"

Here's one using APEX 5.0+ functionality..

@mark-lancaster I like it. Depending on the dictionary size we could also leverage the oos_util_values to generate the list of random words. will need to do some performance tests to see which is better: Querying from the table or loading the large array.
