gst_dash_demux_get_buffering_ratio always returns 0 #24
Description
gst_dash_demux_get_buffering_ratio is always returning 0 or a value very close to 0 which prevents bitrate adaptation (always picks the lowest bitrate) and causes issues with playback due to its use in GStreamer buffering messages.
