Describe the bug
screen saver starts when videos are playing in kodi or web browser

To Reproduce
start kodi or web browser
stream a video
Wait

Expected behavior
Screensaver to consider a video playing in kodi/web browser have the pc be in an active state, thus the screensaver does not start
